Prior to joining ERM, Bonnie has over 10 years of experience facilitating knowledge sharing and managing information in both private and public organisations. Two of her KM projects have been shortlisted as finalists for the Information Management Award (IM2004).
From 1999 to 2002, she worked for Arthur Andersen business consulting and has helped its clients to establish and implement knowledge strategy in both the Asia Pacific region and in the United States. Her research-driven and yet pragmatic approach to promote a knowledge sharing culture has won the hearts and minds of employees as well as knowledge management practitioners and researchers in the UK and around the world.
After graduating from the University of Wales, Aberystywth, Bonnie started her career as a professional librarian in Hong Kong.
